Official Rules of the
Smoking Top 10 List

How does this top 10 list work? Twice per month a new Top 10 category will appear on QuitSmoking.com web site and in our email newsletter.

Each person may contribute as many "top points" for each category as they can create. For example, if the Top 10 category is "My top 10 excuses for not quitting smoking", you might contribute this excuse: "I haven't quit because I need the warmth. It's really cold outside when I smoke," or "I haven't quit because the government is depending on my tax money." Okay, so maybe these aren't very funny, but that's why we need you! Get creative, and send as many FUNNY top 10 entries as you want. The more you send, the more chances you have to be selected for the final top 10 list. We compile all the entries, then select the 10 funniest to create the top 10 list.

To enter, just visit the Contribute page. Subscribers to our ezine may also enter via email.

Your entries should be funny! This is a humorous Top 10 list, and all judging will be based on how funny your entries are.

Keep it clean. This is a family-oriented site, read by people of all ages. No off-color, vulgar or otherwise objectionable entries will be included in the Top 10 list.

From time to time, prizes may be awarded for the top entries. When prizes are available, a notice will appear on the Contribute page.

All contributors whose entries appear in the Top 10 will receive credit for their entry. The name of the contributor will appear next to their entry.

All entries become the property of QuitSmoking.com.

The deadline for entry will appear on the Contribute page.

Judging of the entries is conducted by QuitSmoking.com (with the help from some friends).

The decision of the judges is final.
