Q. What if I don't have a credit card or don't want to use a credit card over the Internet? How can I order?

A. Ordering with a credit card is safe through our secure order page. However, if you don't have a credit card or just aren't comfortable ordering online or with a credit card, you have several alternatives:

1. Use PayPal. PayPal is a great service used by millions of people on the Internet to send and receive money to and from businesses and individuals. You sign up with PayPal (free), then you will be able to send money to anyone (including us). PayPal will safely get money from you by electronically debiting your checking account or charging your credit card. PayPal then electronically credits this money to us. It is simple, secure and best of all--free! Our shopping cart will allow you to complete your order using PayPal, so if you have your PayPal account setup, you can checkout with the shopping cart and pay with PayPal.

2. Use Google Checkout. Similar to PayPal, this service from Google allows you to pay us with a credit card without having to reveal your card information to us. You trust Google to help you find what you are looking for online, right? Use Google Checkout to securely purchase from us, and not worry about revealing credit card details to anyone but Google. Google processes your credit card, then electronically pays us for your purchase. Just choose the Google Checkout option after you click the Checkout button found throughout our site.

2. Mail us a check or money order. Be sure your payment is drawn on U.S. funds. Customers outside the U.S. will need to purchase an international money order or have their bank provide you with a check drawn on U.S. funds.

Q. Can I order by phone?

A. Yes, absolutely! Call 1-770-346-9222

Q. If I'm mailing my payment how much will my order be? Is there a way for me to determine this myself, without having to ask you?

A. If you will be mailing your payment in to us you'll need to know how much the order total is, and you'll need to let us know which products you wish to order. Creating a mail-in form is simple using our shopping cart. Go ahead and add to your shopping cart all the items that you wish to purchase . When you've selected everything you want, click on the button "Go to Checkout Now". The shopping cart system will ask how you wish to order. You'll see several choices, including "Order by Check/MO through Postal Mail." Click this option and the shopping cart will create a printable order form with proper order and shipping totals. Fill in your information, print the form and mail your payment. It's simple!

If you have trouble using the shopping cart or just don't like using it, you can always go to our old order form which contains a list of all our products. While this form won't automatically total your orders, it will provide you with a simple, printable order form that you can fill out, calculate your own totals and mail to us.

Q. How do I use the shopping cart?

Q. Once I place my order how long will it be until you ship? And how long until I receive it?

A. Credit card orders placed online, by phone or by fax are typically shipped the same day we receive them. However, we do ask that you allow up to 48 hours for us to ship your order once we receive it, assuming the items you ordered are in stock. Orders placed after 12 PM on Fridays are generally shipped the following Monday.

Out of stock items are usually shipped the same day we get the items back in stock.

United States Customers:

Orders that are mailed in and paid by check are subject to delay to allow time for checks to clear. Please allow up to 10 days for checks to clear. Orders paid by money order will normally be shipped the same day we receive them.

Unless you ask for Express Mail delivery, all orders are sent by U.S. Priority Mail. Priority Mail normally takes three to five business days for delivery from the day we ship, but is not guaranteed by the Postal Service.

Express Mail deliveries are made to most areas of the country the day following the day we ship. However, some areas of the country require two days for Express Mail delivery.

Customers Outside the United States:

Shipping to customers outside the United States generally takes anywhere from seven to twenty-one days. Orders are shipped air mail.

The speed of customs clearance as well as both the U.S. Postal Service and your own country's postal service will all affect the speed of your delivery. Please be patient!

If you pay by check, be sure it is in U.S. funds. We will not accept foreign funds. All foreign checks WILL BE HELD FOR 20 DAYS TO ALLOW THEM TO CLEAR OUR BANK. You can avoid this delay by ordering with a credit card or paying with a money order.

Please note: these delivery times are dependent on (1) the product(s) that you order being in stock and (2) the normal schedule and processing time for orders.

Q. How can I check the status of my order?

Q. How much are the shipping charges?

A. For shipping outside the U.S., please see our International Shipping Information page.

Shipping for all orders in the U.S. and Canada is only $4.95, no matter how many items you order.

Computing shipping charges within the U.S. and Canada is simple. Unless you ask for Express Mail delivery, all orders are sent by U.S. Priority Mail (air mail to Canada). Priority Mail normally takes three to five business days for delivery, but is not guaranteed by the Postal Service.

Shipping costs for Priority Mail are as follows:

$4.95 (US) for your entire order

If you want Express Mail delivery, add $14.05 to the above charges (total of $19.00 for Express Mail). Some heavier items may require additional charges for Express delivery.

Q. I want you to ship my order via Express Mail. How do I change the shipping method that the online shopping cart uses?

A. Choosing your shipping method is simple. Click on the icon below to set your shipping method.  Your shopping cart will be adjusted to reflect the shipping method you have chosen.

EXPRESS MAIL ORDERS RECEIVED BEFORE 12:00 PM EASTERN TIME ARE NORMALLY SHIPPED THE SAME DAY. ORDERS RECEIVED AFTER 12:00 PM MAY SHIP THE NEXT DAY. WE SHIP MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY ONLY. WE DO NOT SHIP ORDERS ON POSTAL HOLIDAYS. IF A PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK, WE WILL SHIP YOUR ORDER WHEN THE PRODUCT(S) YOUR ORDERED IS BACK IN STOCK. PLEASE REMEMBER THAT SHIPPING/HANDLING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. IF YOU RETURN AN ORDER OR FAIL TO CLAIM A PACKAGE FROM YOUR POST OFFICE, WE CANNOT REFUND THE SHIPPING CHARGE. EXPRESS MAIL CHARGES WILL ONLY BE REFUNDED IN CASES WHERE THE POST OFFICE FAILS TO DELIVER THE PACKAGE IN A TIMELY MATTER.)

Q. Does someone have to sign for my package when it is delivered?

A. Orders delivered by Express Mail require a signature. Orders delivered by Priority Mail normally do not require a signature. All orders totaling $100 or more normally require a signature.

Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

A. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, PayPal, checks and money orders (drawn on US funds.) Please DO NOT send cash in the mail, as this opens up the possibility of lost or stolen orders, and your disappointment.

Q. Can you ship an order to someone as a gift from me?

A. Absolutely! When you click on the "Go to Checkout Now" button in our shopping cart, choose the second order form option labeled "Order by Credit Card Online (separate billing and shipping address)." Just click this option and you'll be able to specify your gift recipient's address. You'll also be able to personalize your gift with a special message to the recipient in the Sentiment section.

Q. Are the prices for your products shown in U.S dollars? How can I determine how much your prices are in my own country's currency?

A. Yes, all prices are shown in U.S. Dollars. To get a close estimate of the cost in your own country's currency just go to our currency converter, enter the price of the product, and you'll be given a close estimate of the equivalent cost in your country's currency. Please note, however, that all payments must be made in U.S. Dollars. Credit cards are the simplest way to make payments, and will be as close to the current exchange rate as possible.
