I was a smoker for 33 years. I tried everything: patches, gum-you name it, I tried it.
But one Sunday morning last September I got up made myself a cup of tea like I do every
Sunday to sit down and read the Sunday paper. I put the first smoke of the day to my lips
and I looked at it and i said to myself "Gezzzz, wake up and give them up." It's
only been 5 months but I am sure in my mind that this time I am gonna make it. I feel that
it's all in the mind and for the fist time in my life I never desire a smoke and my health
feels great. This time the [cigarettes] are gone. I will never be a smoker again. You have
to have will power. Nothing else. You got that and you have it beat.
