Listen to a Tape
Just listen to a [quit smoking] tape for 15 minutes a day or every time you are in the
bathroom during which time new thoughts are introduced by hearing them aloud in a calm
voice. After hearing it a few hundred time the words are memorized and then they soon
become the thoughts of the person listening. After this, all desire for smoking ceases and
they just stop without willpower, drugs or anything else. Once a person is programmed they
never restart and if their children hear the tape too they will never start in the first
place. This method works regardless of who hears it and so it also works on those who
haven't even started.
